How to Brew
Start with approximately 2–2.5 g of tea per 250 ml of water.
Water temperature: 95–100°C
Steeping time: 3–5 minutes, then strain.
Use a spacious infuser or teapot so the leaves have room to open. For a lighter cup, shorten the steeping time. For a stronger brew, add a little more tea.
Enjoy hot, or chill after brewing and serve over ice.
Storage
Keep the pouch sealed in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight, moisture and strong odours.
